Williams and Washington is a boutique vacation rental company operating in Breckenridge, Colorado and Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. We own and run our own homes, and we manage a small number of properties for other owners to the same standard.
For guests, that means a stay that has actually been thought about: a comfortable place to settle in, switch off and enjoy the destination at your own pace.
For owners, it means your property is looked after by people who do this with their own, rather than processed through a queue.

MEET YOUR HOST
Williams and Washington is led by Doug Kolb, with a simple approach to hosting: create comfortable stays, communicate clearly, and give guests a place they can genuinely enjoy.
With properties in Colorado and Wisconsin, the focus is on offering distinctive getaways where guests can settle in, make the most of the destination, and feel well looked after throughout their stay.
You have just seen how we run our own homes. Williams and Washington is a boutique short-term rental management company, and we apply the same standard to a small number of properties for other owners in Colorado and Wisconsin.
Pricing set to a framework and reviewed against real demand in your market, rather than discounting to chase occupancy.
Screening, communication and turnovers run to the same standard as the homes on this site. Guests notice, and it shows up in the reviews.
A deliberately small portfolio, so your property gets real attention and you are not left chasing updates.
We take on a limited number of homes so each one is managed properly. If you own a short-term rental in Breckenridge, Blue River, Beaver Dam or Madison, it is worth a conversation.
